Two British friends believed otherwise. Packing their bags and butter knives they moved Down Under, ready to introduce a new kind of sandwich to the Aussie lunch game – the carefully crafted, packed daily kind.

A bunch of stores and a team of foodies later, Hello Sarnie is still about good, flavoursome food. Easy, accessible and most importantly, bloody delicious.

The key is making it every day, the same way.

Prepared with precision, a mosaic of open sandwiches, wraps and salads are tended to with the utmost care. Two slices of cheese. Expertly layered lettuce. Mayo that’s spread all the way to the edges. And there’s no machine processing for us; we do it all by hand. We poach our own chicken, roast our own veggies, hummus our own hummus. We don’t cut corners, so you can.

With our local kitchen comes local ingredients. Our SA suppliers share our commitment to quality, and love the way we do things. That’s why we get pick of their produce, in-season and at its peak. The very foundation of our seasonal menu. And to do our part and reduce waste, anything not sold, we donate to charity.

Our mission is to make our customers’ lives easier, healthier and more satisfying. We know Doreen needs her catering delivered before her 8am meeting, Joe a quick chat and a double shot, and Chloe an afternoon Chicken Avo Sarnie. We’re a coffee kick for the tradie, an escape for the office worker, a wholesome meal for the desk luncher and a crowd pleaser for the boardroom. A short stroll or simple click away, we’re goodness all wrapped up, ready to go.

Because at the end of the day, we all know fresh is best. And now it’s easy too.
