FOH Roles

  • Barista/Customer Service

Applicants must have extensive experience as a Barista with the ability to hit the ground running. You will be required to make great coffee whilst working well under pressure and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

* Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista.

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service role.

* Ability to program and adjust the grind.

* Basic latte art is a must.

  • Store Leader

Minimum 2 years experience in a Barista/Customer Service role as above. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.

* Day-to-day responsibilities of operating a Store, including service standards, product quality, stock inventory and budgeting.

* Training and developing team members.

* Exceptional customer service standards.

* The ability to lead by example.

* Full-time contract for the right candidate.

BOH Roles

  • BOH Kitchen

Working within our centralised Production Kitchen located within the Adelaide CBD, candidates will be required to work over a 5 day roster (Monday to Friday), from 6am – 2pm. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will deliver a range of kitchen services, including but not limited to:

* Assisting with food preparation and product construction.

* The ability to follow processes and understand priorities within the work-flow.

* The ability to use your own initiative and be a team player.

* A knowledge and understanding of food health and safety standards (training will be offered).

* Safe manual handling and lifting of equipment.

* Friendly customer service.​
